The starting site fee includes event planning, tables and chairs, china, flatware, glassware, table linens, linen napkins, high-tops, a dance floor, stage, parking, setup and teardown, soft seating and couches, a complimentary food tasting for up to six guests, and a complimentary King Junior Suite the night of your wedding.

What time can we access the venue for setup?
Set up access is guaranteed as early as 7:00 am on your wedding day. If availability allows, early access the day before may also be permitted.
What time does the event need to end?
Last call can be as late as 11:45 pm. Guests are asked to clear the ballroom by midnight.
Are there any decor restrictions?
Tape and adhesives on walls, fog and smoke machines, and loose glitter are not permitted. All other decor enhancements are welcome.
What rental and decor upgrades are available?
